At Expert Exhibits GmbH, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction. In the event of any dispute or disagreement arising from our services, we encourage both parties to first seek an amicable resolution through direct and constructive dialogue.
If a resolution cannot be achieved informally, the matter shall be referred to mediation, conducted by a neutral third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties. Should mediation fail, any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bavaria, Germany, in accordance with German law.
We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
